About
Who we are.
An independent company trying to close the gap between what families are entitled to and what they actually receive.
What AIOSeniors is
A free tool that tells a family what programs, benefits and services they may be entitled to where they live, with the official source and the date next to every claim.
AIOSeniors is built by Digilu. It is a company, not a charity and not an agency, and it is worth being direct about that on the page rather than leaving you to work it out.
What we are not
We are not a government agency. We are not an insurer. We are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any state or county agency.
We also do not design the site to imply otherwise. No seals, no eagles, no official looking blue, no language borrowed from a government letter. This category is full of operations that do exactly that, and imitating them would cost us the only thing that makes this work.
The standards we hold ourselves to
- Every factual claim carries a source and a date. Visible, next to the claim.
- We never say you qualify. The agency running the program determines that. We show the rule and where it came from.
- Unknown is a third answer. Never rendered as a no, ever, in any circumstance.
- Ruling something out is a real output. Returning your time is worth as much as returning a lead, and often more.
- We never invent a program, a limit or a number. An empty section is recoverable. A wrong figure in front of a family is not.
- We ask for the least we can. No Social Security number, no member ID, no bank details, no account.
Why we started with this problem
Because the help genuinely exists and the failure is almost entirely one of distribution. California will pay a family member to provide care. Most people doing that work have never heard of it. That is not a funding problem or a policy problem, it is a problem of nobody ever having told them, and that is a solvable kind of problem.
What comes next
More states, verified properly rather than generated. Deeper county level data where families are actually asking. And the follow-through work, because the gap between knowing and receiving is where most of the money is quietly lost.
Where something is not built yet, the site says so. There are three pages on this site marked Beta that describe capabilities that do not fully exist, and they say that in the first paragraph rather than the last.
